Xceeda is a professional development and recruitment tool for both organisations and individuals within the Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory and Investment Management space.
Xceeda offers two main services, the first being functional industry specific training courses within the financial services sector. Xceeda’s online training courses have been designed and developed by leading Australian industry professionals. This “Australian centric” approach provides students with a unique platform to develop the fundamental skill sets required for a career in the Investment Markets. Xceeda’s training courses target university graduates looking to bridge functional skill gaps, industry professionals aiming to transition into the Investment markets and our corporate partners looking to add a structured training program for their junior staff. The second function of xceeda is the Graduate Portal, an online database/profiling system for University graduates and industry professionals looking to enter the Australian Investment Markets. Through xceeda’s graduate portal we profile candidates highlighting their academic, professional and extracurricular achievements along with a virtual interview. These profiles are then matched to our select corporate clients to review, invite for interview, assessment, and onboarding all automated through the xceeda graduate portal. Xceeda continues to work closely with clients and candidates throughout the program, identifying development areas to offer further bespoke training and providing content and materials to support the graduates career progression. By streamlining graduate recruitment and offering a more transparent process we can provide smaller, independent firms a competitive edge over the larger global banks and the opportunity to build their own legacy programs. With increased competition in a progressively narrow workforce, xceeda is designed to identify and develop the future leaders of Australian investment markets from a broader and more diverse range of graduate talent.
